Friendly staff and convenient location. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was also located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city.
The WiFi was spotty at times and there was a language barrier with some of the staff. The lack of a restaurant on site made it difficult to dine in, but there were several options nearby.

The free breakfast buffet was decent and there was a kitchenette in the room, which was useful for making snacks. The hotel's location was very convenient, just a few steps from the subway and close to downtown attractions.
My room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the staff's English was not great and they were not very friendly.

I had a great stay at this place in Shanghai. The location is perfect, right next to the underground station in Pudong. It's so close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. They may not all speak English fluently, but with the help of a translation app, we were able to communicate effectively. The room was clean and comfortable, with super cozy beds. I also loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the room, which was a nice surprise. I had a wonderful experience here.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.
